Laurie Dubow

Considers herself a true “Real Estate Concierge”. She brings a unique perspective to the discussion of moving through Real Estate in the divorce process. Along with her extensive Real Estate and Mortgage expertise, she has a prior background in counseling, Laurie received a BA from Tufts University, a Masters’ degree from Hahnemann Medical University, and a Post Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers University. Laurie has a passion for helping people that has translated into a very successful real estate career.

She is a trained Certified Distressed Property Expert and REO/Foreclosure Specialist. This training included instruction on how to perform a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) or Letter of Opinion of Value, which she has utilized in her experience testifying in court as an expert witness regarding the value of homes and circumstances surrounding the sale of homes. In 2014, Laurie earned the prestigious designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, qualifying in the top 10% of sales in her region. The Women’s Council of Realtors awarded Laurie the Blue Diamond Elite Award in 2017, and she was nominated for Broker of the Year by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and Greater Ft. Lauderdale. Laurie is the Real Estate Editor of Attorney at Law Magazine, and is a published author of more than 35 articles on a variety of current real estate topics.

Only 3 years after obtaining her Real Estate License in 2008, Laurie got her Real Estate Broker’s License and founded Paradise Realty International. From 2008 to 2014, she was the sole Broker and Owner of Paradise Realty. Laurie founded Paradise Realty as a place where Realtors would feel inspired to work hard, feel good about what they do, and focus on clients over short term profit. She is passionate about mentoring Realtors, and knowing that she has created a team approach that benefits everyone.

In September of 2014, she formed a partnership with the Signature Real Estate Companies and created a new brokerage entity, Signature Paradise Realty, and she also became Co-Broker of Signature Commercial Real Estate. This marriage has created the best of both worlds, offering the Signature Paradise Realtors the opportunity to continue providing the personalized “Concierge Service” that they had become known for, and was so important to Laurie, while utilizing the infrastructure of the entire Signature Companies. As a result, Signature Paradise Realty was voted “Best Real Estate Brokerage” in 2017.

Laurie has always believed that contributing to her community is an important responsibility, and has worked with many Charitable Organizations throughout her life, and she has served on numerous Board of Directors in various capacities.

Known as an expert in the professional divorce community, Laurie enjoys being the Director of the Boca Lunch Chapter of the National Association of Divorce Professionals (NADP). Her perspective on “the Emotional, Psychological, and Financial Factors to Consider When Deciding Whether or Not to Stay In the Home” is the culmination of over 30 years of experience. She is passionate about helping people “move through” the divorce process and make decisions about what to do regarding their housing needs, and is proud of the role that she plays in advancing the programs available to those individuals who are touched by divorce.

Second Saturday Workshops

The Second Saturday workshop, is held every month on the second Saturday of the month except December. It is designed to help participants explore the legal, financial, and family / emotional issues and gain a greater understanding of the process. The workshop consists of segments that are taught by a family law attorney, a financial professional and a therapist.

When you participate ion our workshop you are going to hear extremely valuable information on how to prepare yourself for divorce or separation, the different options such as mediation or collaboration and the overall costs and time frames.
